Build with JZ collects only the information needed to sell and deliver this digital product, respond to support requests, and process refund requests. Purchase processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and checkout data under its own terms.

If you email [email protected], we use your message and email address to answer support or refund requests. We do not sell customer contact details. Basic server logs may be processed for security, abuse prevention, and site reliability.

Legal basis: contract performance for purchase and delivery, legitimate interests for security and support records, and legal obligation where tax or accounting records must be retained.

Retention: purchase, delivery, refund, and support records are kept only as long as needed for product access, support, refunds, tax/accounting duties, dispute handling, and security review, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or privacy questions, email [email protected]. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
